My friend Thom's band, Sweatheart, played at Joe's Pup last night
Thom painted this and I was like, this reminds me of that time, ten
years ago, when
Will Oldham played in Columbus, and he had the drum machine and he
played a
dance version of Stable Will and did like an Egyptian dance, and Thom
was like
"I know, that's what I based that on, I've ripping that off for
years..."
I still have a cassette tape of that show in my room. Too
bad I can't figure out how
to put it on a CD
